Requesting support for your research projects is easy, and can be done one of three ways:

  1. The best way to request support is to submit a helpdesk ticket here.
  2. Call the helpdesk at (573) 341-4357 or extension 4357.
  3. Book an appointment for one-on-one time with our Research Facilitator.

Individualized HPC Support

For the Mill:

Have questions or need support with high-performance computing (HPC)? Schedule a meeting with our Research Facilitator to discuss your project, troubleshoot issues, or explore available tools and services to support your research goals.

Please schedule your meeting at least 12 hours in advance. If requesting in-person assistance, be sure to specify the lab and/or meeting location.

For Hellbender:

For S&T research groups using Mizzou's cluster, Hellbender, support is offered via Zoom sessions at the following times:

Monday: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

If you are unavailable during these times, meetings may be scheduled outside of the office hours by request at the same email address.
