Randy has worked in the IT field for several years, beginning as a student worker in the Missouri S&T Civil, Architectural & Environmental Engineering Department and moving to Missouri S&T IT in 2005. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and is currently working on his National Instruments Certified LabVIEW Associate Developers certification. He has worked with many faculty, staff and researchers to help solve their IT related needs as well as guide them to new technologies and technological processes. Currently, he is a System Support Administrator for Missouri S&T, working as a LabVIEW support administrator and Linux administrator for the campus community. As part of the Research Support Services team, he has the opportunity to work with high performance computing clusters, purpose built workstations, cutting edge technologies designed and developed at Missouri S&T.
